Privacy Policy
This page explains in clear terms what personal data we collect on our website and how we use cookies and similar technologies. It applies to our public website and to interactions through the contact form.
About us
We are Vezko Studio. Our registered address is Kiev, Ukraine. If you have any questions about how we handle personal data or this Privacy & Cookies page, please contact us at [email protected] or through the contact form on our website.
Personal data we collect
When you contact us through the website form, we collect your name, your email address, and the content of your message. When you use the site, we collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, and timestamps. The site uses cookies and similar technologies to run the service, to understand how the site is used, and, if you give consent, to support advertising. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through the website and we ask you not to include sensitive information in free-text fields.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to reply to your inquiries and to provide pre-contract information. We use personal data to operate, secure, and improve the site. We use personal data for analytics and measurement to understand site usage, based on your consent where the law requires it. We use personal data to comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, our users, and the public. We do not sell personal data. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies and consent
We use a consent management platform to capture and honor your choices. Non-essential cookies are set only after consent where the law requires it. Our tags support Google Consent Mode v2, so Google technologies adapt to your consent status for analytics and advertising. You can change your choices at any time using the cookie banner or the cookie settings control on our site. The label of that control is: Cookie Settings.
Google services
We may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags. These technologies set cookies or similar identifiers to measure usage and, if you consent, to support advertising. Where required, these technologies will only be activated after you provide consent.
Sharing with service providers
We share personal data only as needed with service providers—such as hosting and content delivery, security and performance, analytics, and email or customer-relationship tools—under appropriate contracts and instructions, or when required by law. Key vendors include Hetzner (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/security), and Google Analytics (analytics). This list may be updated as our stack evolves.
Data retention
We retain contact form inquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, after which we delete or anonymize the data unless a longer period is required by law. The default retention period for inquiries is: 24 months from the last interaction. Cookie and analytics data are retained according to each vendor settings and your consent choices.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on measures such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK addendum. Our place of establishment and primary hosting region are as follows: Company based in Ukraine; primary hosting in the European Union.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected]. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Ukraine, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Ukraine, this is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) — responsible for personal data protection. Website: https://ombudsman.gov.ua
